An optional Design Sprint before code locks the product vision. Then Discovery (Week 1) freezes scope, Core Build (Weeks 2–3) delivers backend and API, Frontend and Integrations (Weeks 4–5) build the UI with payments and email, QA and Beta (end of Week 5) tests with real users, and Launch (Week 6) deploys to production with full documentation. No scope creep. It is not magic — it is discipline.
100%. Your code lives in your GitHub repository from the first day. You have full admin access. When the project ends, nothing stays with us. This is not typical for most agencies.
Three months of post-launch support is included in every project. After that, you can engage us on a retainer or your in-house team can take over — the code is clean, documented, and tested.
No. Impruct is based in Denver, Colorado. We operate as a US legal entity with US contracts. You get real-time Slack communication, not daily email handoffs.
Clean architecture with documentation, automated tests, demo data for presentations, analytics setup, and production-grade infrastructure. Technical teams can review the codebase without finding skeletons.
Yes. Our CTO-as-a-Service package includes technical strategy, interview support, and team onboarding. We help you find and hire your first engineering team so you do not depend on an agency forever.
We work in one-week sprints. Scope changes are discussed transparently and prioritized against your timeline. Minor changes are absorbed. Major changes may affect the timeline and are priced separately.
Three options: 50/50 (half upfront, half on delivery), Per-phase (25% before Discovery, 40% before Build, 35% on Launch), or Per Sprint (equal payments each sprint). All via US bank transfer or wire. No hidden fees. No surprise invoices. Net-15 on all invoices.
Yes. This is what we do most. We connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, ShipStation, QuickBooks, and custom APIs through REST and webhooks. Your existing tools do not get replaced — they get connected. The integration code is yours, documented, and does not lock you into us.
Yes. Standard practice. We sign a mutual NDA before the first call. Your internal processes, vendor data, and trade secrets stay with you.
Logistics and supply chain, real estate, professional services, and fintech. Companies drowning in spreadsheets, juggling 3+ disconnected systems, or outgrowing off-the-shelf tools. If your team runs on manual data entry, we speak your language.
